We’re looking for an independent and motivated individual for its Account Executive role to drive the growth of our company. An individual who is a “hunter” by nature.


daily responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation – Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms (lead generation tools provided by us).
  • Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor, document, and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue generated. Use this data to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM/ERP tools to track interactions with leads and customers, manage contacts, and ensure that all relevant information is documented.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their potential as customers. This involves assessing the needs, budget, and decision-making authority of the prospect.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits of the product and/or services and demonstrate how it meets the prospect’s needs.
  • Closing Deals: Close sales by obtaining the prospect’s commitment and finalizing the terms of the agreement. This may involve overcoming objections and addressing any concerns the prospect may have.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline by tracking and updating the status of leads and opportunities. This helps in forecasting and planning for future sales.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs continuously for open opportunities.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Aggressively identify, pursue, and close business with potential target accounts.

  • Travel to customer locations as required
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews to key customers
  • Provide feedback/insights into the client’s “pains” and “desired gains”
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in facilitating overall sales operations including: customer onboarding, quoting and quote follow-up, new business development within current customers, order management and approval, support of customer success team and customer success activity as needed, coordination of sales operations activity, i.e., welcome packages, portal setup, stock agreement setup and maintenance, artwork coordination from proof to execution, samples, sales materials, etc.

Qualifications & other:
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of complex B2B solution sales experience
  • Proven experience of closing new business as a Sales Hunter or in a similar role, preferably in Packaging sales
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Competence using CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office and sales analytics
Desired Experience:
  • Prior packaging experience
  • Familiarity with multiple CRM platforms / Sales generation tools


Expected Challenges:
  • There is a significant learning curve in this role, with custom solutions and over 200,000+ SKUs from a range of specialized and trusted partners (vendors/suppliers). The amount of information may feel overwhelming at first.

Earnings and Offer:
  • Aggressive compensation and earnings potential is UNCAPPED, ($100K+), 401K, Competitive benefits, Vacation, etc.
  • Base salary / Guarantee 1st year – 65-80k
  • Commissions (uncapped) paid monthly- paid on gross margins (20-30% on average)
  • Car allowance $600 / month
  • Quarterly Profit Sharing
