Responsible for managing day-to-day activities as well as maintaining and enhancing relationships with a limited number of key accounts.



  • Handle all aspects of customer service, including entering, tracking, and releasing orders for production and shipment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross functional departments such as sales, quality, purchasing, estimation, production, and accounting to ensure customer satisfaction. Possess complete ownership for customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure clear communication and exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Initiate the RFQ process and assist Global Account Manager in processing them in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Review customer technical drawings and learn to offer ideas and concepts to improve part presentation, alternative material options and options for testing parameters.
  • Have a drive to learn the technical side of our materials, our processes, and our customer’s applications.
  • Follow up on quotes directly with the customer and/or through Global Account Manager.
  • Conduct online customer meetings when applicable and be able to resolve issues and offer solutions, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Initiate formal customer complaints and investigate alongside the quality department.



  • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service or account management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and ability to convert between various units is a must.
  • A technical background and ability to comprehend material science principals and grasp the physical properties of these materials is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Industry working with Tier One customers is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with industry Quality Standards (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.) is a plus but not required.




Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
