Job Description:

They are seeking a highly skilled Optical TPM to join the team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our optical film products, with a specific focus on films designed to control the reflection, transmission, and polarization of light. You will work closely with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that products meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical aspects of optical film products, with a specific focus on optical films.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications
• Participate in product launch activities, including providing technical support and training to customers
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the product development team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in optical film technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the optical film industry
• Strong understanding of optical film technology, including design, development, and testing, with a specific focus on films designed to control the reflection, transmission, and polarization of light
• Experience working with customers to develop and launch products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

• A base salary commensurate with experience (6-figures +)
