Job Description:

As a Polymer TPM for the company, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the polymer film and adhesive products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these products meet the high standards of quality, performance, and reliability that the customers expect.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical aspects of polymer film and adhesive products, including product design, development, and testing
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications
• Participate in product launch activities, including providing technical support and training to customers
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the product development team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in polymer technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the polymer film and adhesive industry
• Strong understanding of polymer technology, including product design, development, and testing
• Experience working with customers to develop and launch products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• A base salary commensurate with experience (6-figures +)
