Work at an incredibly fast pace interacting with existing and prospective customers to prove out new product concepts in weeks, not months, feeding learnings back to New Product Development. This ideal candidate will find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client’s needs, they will discuss our product’s technological capabilities and business value with the client. You will combine your technical knowledge and sales skills to clearly articulate technical concepts with value added services.


 Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs and increase performance.
  • Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.


Qualifications Include:
  • Strong relationship with Apple.
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin is desirable but not required.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in advance materials Experience in consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Work out of home or local office.
  • Travel to customers in the San Francisco Bay area/Opportunity to travel to Asia.
  • Provide engineered product sales support to OEM Customer.
  • Coordinate with international manufacturing factory locations to support new customer projects.
