Gary P. Giallombardo

Started in the recruiting business in July 1981 where he was employed as a search consultant with an executive search firm. He established himself for five and a half years within the Pressure Sensitive, Converting, Packaging and Printing industries. In 1984, he became a licensed C.P.C. professional, certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. His focus is working upper management assignments including R&D, Operations, Sales Management on both retained and contingency searches. He is also responsible for global opportunities within the industry. He founded Central Executive Search in 1987 to focus on critical needs in this specialty arena.

Leann is a Mentor High School graduate, Class of 2017. She began her career at Central Executive Search in the summer of 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she built a versatile professional foundation in customer service, banquet coordination, and administrative accounting, working with several respected organizations. In these roles, she honed her skills in client relations, event planning, and financial administration, each contributing to her strong organizational and communication abilities. She has since expanded her knowledge within the manufacturing and packaging industries, becoming a key resource in her field.
