As their customer base continues to grow and demand for their high-performance machinery accelerates, they are actively expanding their technical service team in North America. This is an excellent opportunity for technically skilled professionals who are passionate about machinery, love solving problems, and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

This is a remote role with extensive (80-90%) travel throughout the U.S. and Canada – no relocation required.

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and customer-focused:

• Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering/ No degree required
• Experience with industrial machinery (mechanical & electrical service)
• Familiarity with Siemens PLC and HMI systems (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ success by:

• Installing and commissioning new machines
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Providing on-site customer training

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and customer-focused:

• Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Experience with industrial machinery (mechanical & electrical service)
• Familiarity with Siemens PLC and HMI systems (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Canada (travel is core to this role)
